USER NAME:  your first name and last name together, with no spaces 
     (for example, Jennifer Doctor would sign in as "JenniferDoctor")

If you use a first initial and middle name, please use your middle name as first name.

If you use two initials instead of a name,
please enter your two initials - without periods - as first name.

PASSWORD: is MVMA -OR- the year you graduated from veterinary school
     (for example, type "1985" if that is your graduation year)

After you login successfully, you will choose a new password.
