Vendor, Exhibitor, and Sponsorship Information

MVMA appreciates the support our organization and our members receive from veterinary vendors who sponsor, exhibit, and advertise with us. At each of our conferences, we remind attendees that each company that sponsors or exhibits at MVMA’s conferences helps to defray the cost of the program, so veterinarians pay less to attend than they otherwise would. And we also know that we serve both members and vendors when we provide opportunities for them to meet and learn from each other.

Vendors: Download MVMA's 2010 Vendor Information and Registration Packet. You can also review this information at the bottom of this page. We look forward to working with you this year!

MVMA welcomes exhibitors to our conferences not only for the revenue they provide but because:

  • Veterinarians and technicians should be cognizant of new products and services that can help them in their professional and personal lives
  • Discussions with veterinary vendors can reveal new ideas for solving problems and create new opportunities
  • Meetings between veterinarians and industry representatives at a conference gives a chance to discuss business without feeling the pressure of animals and their owners waiting to be seen
  • Vendors are part of the extended veterinary community, and strengthening ties among the various components – veterinarians, technicians, MVMA, and vendors – benefits the profession and our mission

So, when we say that we are grateful to our sponsors and exhibitors, we really mean it! When you are considering making a purchase or procuring a service, please remember that these companies support your association.

Please Note: MVMA makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy of the service and product descriptions, nor the quality of the service or product.  MVMA does not promote any particular profuct or service, except for those marked with a star, which have received MVMA Steering Committee approval for recommendation.

2010 Vendor Information

Thank you to the many familiar faces and companies that have continually supported MVMA and our events; we know 2009 was a tough year. Let us not forget the numerous new exhibitors we welcomed to our events—we hope to see you again in 2010! Program attendees benefit from your contribution as paying exhibitors or sponsors, and your enthusiasm about their profession. Our member veterinarians are passionate and regularly express their appreciation for our supporters. They remember and so do we. Thank you and we look forward to a great 2010 with you!

MVMA members’ success depends on having top-rate, reliable providers of veterinary services and products. In addition, MVMA grows, in part, because of our relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers. Knowing that, MVMA creates opportunities for veterinary vendors to gain visibility with our members—in print, on the web, and in person. Please read the enclosed information to help you decide how you and MVMA can succeed together! Thank you for your investment in MVMA!

We greatly appreciate your additional investment in MVMA and our member veterinarians.

Details for Exhibitors

The exhibitors’ fee includes one 6-foot draped table (8-foot sometimes available, additional charge may apply), continental breakfast and refreshments, and lunch for 1 representative; lunch for each additional representative is $35. Because of facility charges to MVMA, electrical service must be requested in advance and is subject to an additional fee of $55 – there may be higher charges for non-standard electrical service; any exhibitor who wants electrical service but does not request it through MVMA in advance must seek resolution directly through the conference facility on the day of the conference. Exhibit space must be prepaid and is made available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to Executive Director approval. Setup is no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the conference.

We encourage sponsors and exhibitors to provide MVMA with a short promotional statement about their products and services, along with contact information. A compiled list is distributed to attendees.
