Veterinarians must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in a US state or Canadian province in order to participate. Limited to the first 16 veterinarians who register. VT-CAN! Spay Neuter Clinic, 19 Bailey Meadows Road, Middlesex, VT Morning Session: Registration 8:30 – 9:00 am, Wet Lab 9:00 – 12:00 am 
Afternoon Session:  Registration 12:30 – 1:00 pm, Wet Lab 1:00 – 4:00 pm
