Professional Bio

Recently moved to New England in September of 2022. I enjoy treating all exotic companion animals and have a special interest in avian and aquatic species. I am a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist, and practices acupuncture on all small companion animals (cats and dogs included!).

I graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2020 then completed a one-year internship at an exotics-exclusive practice (Stahl Exotic Animal Veterinary Services) in Virginia. I stayed on at that practice for another year, before heading to Massachusetts!

Prior to and during veterinary school, I spent seven years as a technician at Avian and Exotic Animal Hospital of Louisiana. While in veterinary school, I also received my certified veterinary acupuncturist license from the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2019. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry with honors from the University of New Orleans in 2014.

In my free time, I enjoy scuba diving, whale watching, aqua culture and watching football (Go Saints!) My home mini menagerie includes a German shepherd, a Siamese cat, axolotls, and a crested gecko.
