Research Study Conducted by Tufts University
You are being invited to participate in an anonymous online survey about the prescribing practices of gabapentin among veterinary professionals.  Over the past several years, gabapentin has become a common analgesic in both human and veterinary patients.  Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University is conducting this survey to examine the use of gabapentin as an analgesic in veterinary medicine, and to determine if its use mirrors what has been described in people.
The survey is open to veterinarians within the United States and Canada.  The survey is anonymous, no identifying information will be collected, and results will be reported in aggregate only.  We estimate that it will take < 5 minutes to complete, and your participation would be greatly appreciated.
Following completion of the survey, participants will have the opportunity to enter their email address to be included in a drawing for a $100 Amazon Gift Card.
Please follow this link to the survey:
Thank you very much in advance for your participation!
