Resolutions and Bylaws Committee
Committee Chair – Kathy Reilly
The Resolution and Bylaws Committee is responsible for ensuring that the bylaws are kept updated and relevant. They shall propose amendments to the bylaws as defined in Article XII of the MVMA Bylaws. They shall act as a conduit between the membership and the Executive Board regarding any proposed resolutions.
MVMA succeeds because members volunteer their time and talents for the benefit of their colleagues, the veterinary profession, the association, and animals.
