Exhibitor Set up: 6:30am 8:00am - Saturday, October 3th
Meals: Includes breakfast and lunch buffets for one representative, both days.

Accommodations: Exhibitor table does not include hotel accommodations. Discounted reservations can be made through the link HERE or by calling 800-225-3110 and referencing the 2026 MVMA Fall Conference. All discounted reservations must be made by Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Parking: one parking space is included in each room reserved. An additional parking space can be reserved for $45. Check in: 4:00 PM Check out 11:00 AM.
