Invest in Your Leadership: VLI Trek 2026

What if the next step in your veterinary career isn't learning another clinical skill—but learning more about yourself, your team, and how you lead?

Trek 2026 is hosted by the Veterinary Leadership Institute (VLI), an organization with more than 20 years of experience providing leadership development and training for the veterinary community. Trek is a five-day immersive leadership experience designed for veterinary professionals who want to grow as leaders, strengthen their communication skills, and build meaningful connections with colleagues from across the profession.

Trek 2026 will take place October 26–30, 2026, in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Set in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Trek combines interactive leadership development, personal reflection, communication training, team-building activities, and opportunities to connect with other veterinary professionals.

Whether you're a veterinarian, practice manager, technician, or other veterinary team member, Trek offers practical tools you can bring back to your workplace—and a chance to step away from the day-to-day demands of veterinary medicine to focus on your own growth.

Participants earn 20+ hours of non-medical continuing education through RACE, but the experience goes far beyond CE. Trek is about discovering how you show up as a leader, understanding others more effectively, and developing the skills to create stronger, healthier teams.

Registration is open through September 15, 2026, but space is limited.

Come ready to learn, connect, reflect, laugh—and return to your team with a renewed perspective on leadership.
