Professional Bio

Dr. Kristina Feigin is a Board Certified Veterinary Dentist and a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College and the European Veterinary Dental College. Dr. Feigin is also pursuing advanced maxillofacial training through the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship program. She joined our team in 2016 but had worked as a small animal veterinarian for over ten years, prior to becoming an associate at Veterinary Dental Services. She completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of Cyril and Methodius (Skopje, Macedonia) in 2001. Her educational background also includes a post graduate clinical program, followed by a small animal internship at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Feigin was a Visiting Veterinarian at Angell Memorial Animal Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a member of the Foundation for Veterinary Dentistry and the American Veterinary Medical Association. She received the 2017 Foundation for Veterinary Dentistry Grant for the research project: “Analysis and assessment of pulp vitality in intrinsically stained teeth in dogs”. Dr. Feigin was also awarded the “Dr. Robert Wiggs Outstanding Candidate Award” in 2018 from the American Veterinary Dental College.
