Raaw Energy dog foods test positive for pathogens

The FDA has issued an advisory on eight lots of Raaw Energy chicken-, salmon- and beef-based dog foods that tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes, salmonella, E. coli or multiple pathogens. The products were tested by authorities in Connecticut and New Jersey after Connecticut officials received a report about a dog illness. The FDA has recommended a recall, but the manufacturer has not complied.
