Exhibitor Information:
This event is taking place at the Renaissance Framingham Hotel formally known as the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center. (1657 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA, 01701), Wednesday, May 6th, 2026. 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (EDT)
Tables: If you have not ordered electricity and you would like to, please email us. Cost is $150. Signs and exhibitor packets (including name badges, meal tickets, and pertinent information) will be on the exhibit tables when you arrive. Please note - set up area is on your 6ft table top only. No floor space will be available. Do not attach anything to the walls.
Representatives: Please let us know who will be attending so we can prepare name badges,
meals and other materials. If there is a change, kindly let us know.
Meals: Includes refreshments and plated lunch for ONE representative, if you would like to
purchase an additional meal please let us know. Cost is $125 per person.
Tentative Exhibitor Set up: 6:30am - 7:30am Wednesday, May 6, 2026. If we have the chance to set up the night before we will let you know.
Accessibility: The Renaissance Framingham Hotel does have accessible
entryways and room options. For more information about the physical features of accessible
rooms, common areas or special services relating to a specific disability please call them.
