Veterinary Professional Police K9 Needs Survey. This survey is designed to determine Police K9 veterinary healthcare needs across the six New England States (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, and VT).
Completing this survey, may help determine how best to improve veterinary healthcare needs of Police Dogs across New England.
This survey is anonymous. Your personal responses will not be shared with your employer, your veterinarian, or anyone else. The survey is about 10-20 minutes long.
